Forgotten Classics-Paradise Alley(1978)

I've returned from a long vacation to bring you a forgotten classic soundtrack from an equally classic film called Paradise Alley(1978) that was Sylvester Stallone's directorial debut. It was released with little fanfare, but it holds a special place in my heart, since it was one of those flicks i saw parts of on TV when i was young, and i could never remember the name..But know i own it on DVD, and the soundtrack actually proves to the world that Sly can actually sing..and sing well..unlike the train wreck that was Rhinestone..So enjoy this forgotten treat to your ears. There's more to come..

01-Sylvester Stallone-Too Close To Paradise
02-Bill Conti-Tough Life In Hell's Kitchen
03-Tom Waits-(Meet Me) In Paradise Alley
04-Bill Conti-Wrestling Montage
05-Frank Stallone-Angel Voice
06-Bill Conti-Too Close To Paradise(Instrumental)
07-Tom Waits-Annie's Back In Town
08-Bill Conti-Decision!
09-Frank Stallone-Please Be Someone To Me
10-Bill Conti-Victor's Big Match
11-Sylvester Stallone-Too Close To Paradise(Extended)

"Do you know how many men could've been sitting on top of the world, but they let a dame tell them what to do and the only thing they ended up sitting on top of was a toilet."
